Any ones been facing issue in submitting of Amendment of Registration Non-Core fields?
Are you getting Error Message as “System Error” while submitting the Amendment of Registration Non-Core fields?
Here’s a simple solution for your Issue.
I personally had faced the same issue recently,
I had to update my TIN number on the GST Amendment of Registration Non-Core fields, as wrong TIN number was updated during registration of GST.
After updating correct TIN number in the Amendment of Registration Non-Core fields, finally when I submitted the Application Form through DSC or through EVC, there was an error message Shown on the Screen “System Error”.
Then I tried Calling the GST Help line and they spoke over 30 min on call but they couldn’t resolve the issue over the call so they asked to put a mail along with the Screen shot and said that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours, until now I have not received any reply though!
So I had to try on Trial and Error basis to resolve the issue.
After trying out many options finally I could find a simple solution to resolve the issue,
In the NON CORE Amendment Form see to that there is no duplication of Email IDs and Mobile numbers of Directors/Partners/Authorized Representative.
i.e. Same Email ID or Mobile number should not be repeated in the Following Heads of the application.
Once these has been changed, try submitting the application. Application will be submitted successfully.
